So Ihave two goals…
It’s summer and you know what that means… Sun, grilling, and vacations! I am going to Cancun in the first week of July, so I have 1 month before I’ll be in paradise!
My goals!?
Lose as much weight as I can in 30 days. Today is day 1!
Save money by eating at home.
I’ve been good so far this week, using the grill for chicken and halibut and doing some low cal homemade chinese last night. I’ve had leftovers every day for lunch to, so two meals in one!
Watch me as I go! I’ll do some before pics tonight when I get home and I’ll take pics of my meals and update on my workout regimen.
