Here’s what I bought last night in preperation of my 4 Hour Body January!

Meats
12 Pork Chops
4 Ribeyes
6 Chicken Breasts unfrozen
10 Chicken Breast Frozen
4 Talapia Patties
3 Mahi Mahi Patties
2.5 Dozen Eggs
16 ounces of egg whites

Beans & Veggies
20 cans of assorted beans (lima, pinto, kidney, black)
4 packages of dried beans (Lentils)
8 Assorted Peppers
1 Can Asparagus
10 bags assorted frozen veggies
1 Onion
2 Avocados
1 Tomato

Randoms
Green Tabasco Sauce
Sea Salt
Cottage Cheese
Light Sour Cream
50 peice storage container (to cut up food/keep fresh)

Notes
This only cost about $132.  I usually spend well over $200 at the grocery.  Nearly everything I bought, including all meat was on sale.  I have 2 goals… Lose weight and save money.  I spend around $800/month eating out.  I want to cut that down significantly.  This sure looks like a really good start.  I expect this to last approximately 2 weeks with my brother and I following the diet.

Cleaning Out The Fridge
Last night we threw out everything that wasn’t on the diet.   We have a nice clean fridge.
