Kind of a hectic day. But here goes…
Breakfast
turkey wrap-up (turkey & cheese)… I was in a hurry
Lunch
Grilled Chicken Salad
Dinner
Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Chicken w/Black Bean sauce from PF Changs (Skipped the rice all together)
Snack
Sugar-Free Jello
Green Tea from Starbucks (unsweetened, of course)

Hey man, just starting floating around this site, glad your getting the results you want, and hop you continue bro. I was just wondering, have you been using natural sweeteners like Stevia or Truvia? If so, is there a limit to it if drinking coffee? Can’t seem to find that info in 4HB book. Thanks!

I do use Stevia, although on occasion I’ll drink my coffee black. I also will sometimes use a little vanilla rather than sugar/cream and it’s a nice treat.
My personal opinion is… If you’re doing everything else well, coffee is not going to be your problem. Now if you’re drinking diet soda (sweetener), non-water drinks (w/sweetener), & lots of coffee, you need to really watch. But if you’re drinking water and coffee, I believe you’re basically limitless. Although, that’s something you should definitely track and test!

Thanks! Didnt even think about the vanilla extract idea, that’d would be good. I’m a coffee addict, and know i need to cut back, I almost never drink cokes or anything with aspartame. Appreciate the help.

I tried cinnamon for awhile, but I just am not a huge fan. But I REALLY like the vanilla extract. Just a small amount and it’s better than cream!
