4 Hour Body Meals – Day 14
Another cheat day in the books. I had a stomach ache last night… ick… I like my regular days better. Definitely feel better. But it is nice to have some Sushi. That’s one thing that’s not TERRIBLE that I will miss… But don’t have to thanks to the Dieters Gone Wild day
Breakfast
Egg Bowl (Eggs, Black Beans, Spinach, Chicken)
Lunch
QDoba Fajita Ranchero (Black beans, Fajita Veggies, Chicken, Corn Salsa, Mild Salsa, Medium Salsa, Sour Cream, Guac)
Dinner
1/2 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Ate a late breakfast, late lunch, & just wasn’t very hungry for dinner)
