hey man. Im so pleased for you. They are some serious results. I am just doing some surfing on the 4HB and came across your blog.
I have been on the 4HB diet for 10 days and am loving it. I started at 230lbs
and I lost 7.2lbs in my first week and my next weigh in is coming up on Saturday. I really hope i can keep it going! I love the diet and am doing no exercise.

Hey Kyle,
I saw in one of your pictures that you are taking the agg, pagg supplements. Do you take them everyday or just on cheat day? I am scared of taking them inase there are any side effects. Any thoughts?

Hi Kyle,
Stumbled across your blog while looking for 4HB recipe ideas as well. I’ve been on it for about 20 days this time and have lost around 12 lbs. I took my before pics as well…in a Hooters outfit to make my final result more shocking. What I was wondering is have you experimented with any PAGC or green tea…etc…? Also, any fave recipes? I’ve been experimenting with different ways to integrate the healthiest of the components.

Kyle, great blog and great results. I’m assuming the reason you have not been doing updates is because you are too busy burning fat. Hope that you are keeping up the awesome job. I too was wondering if you are doing the vitamins.
