Breakfast 3 Eggs 2 Egg Whites Lunch Naked Fajita Ranchiro Burrito w/ Chicken, Black Beans, Veggies, Med/Mild/Corn Salsa & Sour Cream (QDoba) Dinner Grilled Mahi Mahi Sauteed Veggies (Broc/peppers/onion) Carrots & Red Pepper Hummus 1 Glass Red Wine

Breakfast 2 Eggs 3 Egg Whites Spinach 2 Slices Turkey Hot Sauce Lunch Cobb Salad from “When Eddie Met Salad” Egg/Onion/Tomato/Avocado/Banana Pepper/Mushrooms w/ Tomato vinagrette dressing Dinner Cottage Cheese (I fell asleep at 8, woke up at 12:30… ate a little cottage cheese then went back to sleep)!
