Day 37: Biceps & Back + Ab Ripper
Awesome workout! Lots of curls. Lots. I need to buy more weights! I’m beat, so this is going to be a really short one.
Ab ripper was ROUGH. I tried to get through without modifying and ran out of gas about half way through, but did do the first half CORRECT… I didn’t think that’d happen this fast. Excited, but still have a ways to go… Next goal is getting through the entire thing without mods… Hopefully in Phase 2!

Oh, and I really need to kick my ass this & next week… I get to show off my “beachier body” December 27th on my cruise! It’s booked & ready to RnR!
