Well, first the bad… This weekend wasn’t very good for the diet or exercise. From dinners with friends to Colts games, to everything in between, it was the first weekend in a long time where I put everything else first. It seems like 90 days of something shouldn’t be that hard, but with a full time job and a social life, it’s definitely not easy. That being said, it’s still about priorities and I know this must stay a priority, so here we go :)

Today was Yoga X. In addition, I was planning on doing my Mini-Marathon training, but I just didn’t have time… I think this first month of mini training is going to be quite hard fitting both P90x and my workout. I am going to have to figure out how I can fit in an hour and a half to two hours of working out. I think the key is doing the running in the morning, since it’s only 30 minutes or so to start. I don’t have to be at work THAT early and if I can get my P90x workout done after work at a reasonable hour, I should be exhausted enough to get to bed early.

And last, but certainly not least… A little positive… This weekend I was so put up with my HUGE jeans, I bought myself a little present. New Jeans, new sweater, and a new belt. It was much needed and hopefully well deserved. These jeans? A 50. My jeans I’m retiring? A 56. So three full sizes in 61 days. Not bad at all!
