Day 76: Eliptical & Yoga X
Today my Mini-Marathon training needs to jump into full force. I’m already a couple days late while finishing up P90x, but the next 2 weeks, I’m going to have to do double duty. My goal is to do the full P90x schedule and do eliptical/run/treadmill every day. It’s going to be tough, but I think I have to get it done.
Today I did 32 minutes on the eliptical doing my regular course… From before P90x to now, I’ve knocked a minute 40 seconds off my mile. Not too shabby, especially considering I haven’t really done the eliptical since starting. It’s nice to see 11 weeks of work showing real benifits.
Speaking of which, the last 2 weeks, it’s been the hardest since starting. I really need to get in a better habit and not holding off till late. My goal is to get up early and run in the morning and coming directly home from work. I also am going to start REALLY focusing on my diet as of tomorrow. I’m going to start tracking my food again much closer.
