So today is the start of week 11… On day 1, I did the same video as I did today… Then, I did 8 standard push-ups and the rest on my knees. Today, 76 days later? Each day the results for P90x inspire me to keep going. I love the contrast and the numbers to see and compare. While I understand I have a long, long, long way to go, I see progress and for that I’m very thankful. I went from a guy who struggled MIGHTLY to do the 10 push-ups required for the fit test (and to be honest, dropped to my knees half way for a break) to where I am now is nothing short of amazing. I’m not going to say it’s easy, cause it’s not. I sometimes is hard finding an hour or more a day every single day to workout. But when you do, the results are astounding. I feel better. My clothes fit better. I can do more. My confidence is higher. And the proof is in the pudding.

I’m excited that I have 6 friends starting or on the program and have quite a few more who are talking about doing it. I definitely recommend it!
