New Month… New Plan – Joined Weight Watchers
So March is coming tomorrow and I’ve decided to go back to the program which I had the most success with, Weight Watchers. I loved the 4 Hour Body, it just got hard to do it with my lifestyle and how often I don’t control the food choices. With Weight Watchers you can eat the right amount of anything, which I love.
I signed up for 3 months of WW Online. I was talked into it with the AMAZING iPhone app that tracks EVERYTHING. It’s awesome.
I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my lower back the past 10 days and I KNOW I have to lose some weight before it’s going to get better. I want to start working out and more also and plan on doing as much as possible with my back. But my main priority right now will be on my diet.

Hey Kyle,
I’m on week 3 of the four hour body. I only had a few pounds to lose, and now I’ve done it. I’ve decided to lose a few extra–why not–so I’m going to stay on it a little longer.
My biggest problems are two-fold. I am so bored with eating the same meals, I want to jump! Second, all the beans and vegetables are having the effect that lots of beans and vegetables have.
Other than that, the diet works. I think most of them work if you stick to them, but for some reason I’ve found this one the easiest to stick to. Maybe it’s the Binge day, which I love, or maybe it’s the fact that I look much better with my shirt off then I have since high-school!
