4 Hour Body Results – Weigh-in Day

Day 15… Two full weeks down.  I have to say, it’s getting easier and easier.  My cheat day wasn’t even too crazy this week.  My “crazy” was sushi and a couple apps from my fav bar…

Last week I lost 16.1 lbs, some of which can be accounted for in loss of water weight from eating less processed foods.  I was hopeful for another big week, but only cautiously optimistic.  In my YEARS of yo yo dieting, I’ve always had a good week (5-6-7 lbs) followed by a lesser week (2-3 lbs)… I always seem like I have a 2 week weight loss schedule.

Well, the 4 Hour Body seems to have remedied that!  This week I’m down (drumroll please…………)

10.6 lbs!

That’s on top of 16.1 lbs last week… So in 14 days I’ve lost….

26.7 lbs!

And best, lost 3.5 inches in the waist.  Shirts that I couldn’t wear are starting to fit.  I’ve gone down 2 belt loops.  Pretty exciting stuff.

4 Hour Body Meals – Day 14

Another cheat day in the books.  I had a stomach ache last night… ick… I like my regular days better.  Definitely feel better.  But it is nice to have some Sushi.  That’s one thing that’s not TERRIBLE that I will miss… But don’t have to thanks to the Dieters Gone Wild day ;)

Breakfast
Egg Bowl (Eggs, Black Beans, Spinach, Chicken)

Lunch
QDoba Fajita Ranchero (Black beans, Fajita Veggies, Chicken, Corn Salsa, Mild Salsa, Medium Salsa, Sour Cream, Guac)

Dinner
1/2 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Ate a late breakfast, late lunch, & just wasn’t very hungry for dinner)

4 Hour Body – Cheat Day

My second cheat day…  All I can say is YUM!  For those of you unfamiliar with The 4 Hour Body, it’s a high protein, slow-carb diet.  But once a week, there’s a manditory “Dieters Gone Wild” Day where you can eat to spike calories.  Here’s my second day.

Note:  Before today I was down 23.9 lbs and 3.5 inches around the waist in 12 days… Amazing.

Naked Fajita Ranchiro Burrito w/ Chicken, Black Beans, Veggies, Med/Mild/Corn Salsa & Sour Cream (QDoba)

Grilled Mahi Mahi
Sauteed Veggies (Broc/peppers/onion)
Carrots & Red Pepper Hummus
1 Glass Red Wine

Breakfast

3 Egg Whites

2 Slices Turkey
Hot Sauce

Lunch
Cobb Salad from “When Eddie Met Salad”
Egg/Onion/Tomato/Avocado/Banana Pepper/Mushrooms w/ Tomato vinagrette dressing

Dinner
Cottage Cheese (I fell asleep at 8, woke up at 12:30… ate a little cottage cheese then went back to sleep)!
