Day 78: Plyometrics

So sometimes I wonder how I didn’t die, literally, after day 2… Plyo. I’ve been doing this for 78 days and Plyo still kicks my ass. Amazing. So I still have to work on working out earlier… And I definitely need to get to the grocery tomorrow. And now, it’s time for bed!
